Do I have to pay you anything for the product(s)?
No, all items on our site are available on a gifted basis.
How do I get payment / commission?:
You’ll earn a commission for every sale made through the shoppable link you add to your video. This commission is accessible in your TikTok Shop account.
How do I get my product?
Please request on our website.
If you see a button with "Request Product" you will receive e-mail updates. If you see a button with "Get Product Here" you will be redirect to TikTok to enter a campaign with higher commission than open plan.
What type of Content?
As it's an affiliate campaign there are no "rules" for the type of content to post, BUT, we would ask that you do at least a 15 second video, and in order to have your best chance of a viral video we'd suggest that you don't do a long introduction (say hi, good morning etc).
When do I have to post?
Please post your video within 14 days of receipt of the product
I’ve requested products, but what happens next?
Great! Once you’ve requested products, our team will review your request. If approved, you can start promoting the products right away. We’ll keep you updated on the status.
What if my product request gets declined?
If your request is declined, it may be due to inventory limitations or campaign requirements. Please check back for additional campaigns.
Can you send me the link to the products?
Please search your item of interest on our site and you can request with that link.
What types of products are available for promotion?
We offer a wide variety of products, from beauty and fashion to home essentials. Please search on our website to find something fitting to your niche.
Can I work with Boundless on a paid collaboration?
We understand that content creation takes time and effort. We occasionally have paid campaigns available and UGC opportunities, but our focus 95% of the time is affiliate based campaigns.
How do I know if I’m approved for the campaign?
Once your request is reviewed, we’ll notify you via email if you’ve been approved.
Can I request samples for product testing?
No, we typically arrange items which are sent in exchange for a post, if there are problems with your item, please let us know and we will do our best to arrange a suitable replacement.
I’ve requested products but haven’t heard back. What should I do?
Please give at least 10 days before contacting our team about the status of your product request. We have to review profiles & data before sending to our clients before potentially dispatching.
Are there specific guidelines I need to follow when promoting products?
There are loose guidelines, but we think it's best if creators are left to create and organic video which shows how the product fits within your life and social feed.
I'm not on TikTok Shop yet, can I still participate?
Unless applying for a UGC campaign, you will need to have TikTok Shop installed in order to participate in our campaigns.
I’m interested in collaborating. What’s next?
Please request the item you are interested in, once approved, the item will be sent to you. Once received please create a video with the product and add a shoppable link.
Can I promote multiple products?
Yes! But we find that these videos rarely perform well.
What should I do if I face any issues during the request process?
If you encounter any issues, don’t hesitate to contact our support team. We’re here to help resolve any problems and ensure you have a smooth experience.
I want to do TikTok Shop Full Time, is this possible?
Yes, many creators have left their jobs and now do TikTok Shop full time. With the top creators in the UK earning in excess of £30,000 per month and the top creators in the USA earning over $100,000 per month. A realistic goal for someone starting out posting 2 to 4 times per day is to earn £2000 per month from TikTok Shop
I want to start livestreaming - do you support live streams?
Live streaming isn't a focus of ours, but we can help top creators to get Key Live Streams and lots of traffic support.
What is "linking" and what's the benefit for me?
Linking with an agency shares your sales data with your bound agency - this allows us to give you advice on what you can do well with, opens up opportunities and you may be eligible for quarterly bonuses.
